Metis 5 - Integrated Amplifier A set of new Metis analog audio components has been created by Goldmund, replacing the company’s former SR line at even lower costs despite their much improved performance. Their Mechanical Grounding Construction is simply remarkable and eliminates all spurious vibrations affecting the signal quality. The new line also presents an integrated Amplifier, the Goldmund Metis 5. With an exceptional performance and a minimum form factor but also with the incomparable Goldmund metal finish and engraving, it is the typical integrated amplifier any young Goldmund amateur with a limited space or budget was looking for. The Metis 5 includes both the Metis 2 and Metis 3 circuitry in a diminutive chassis the size of the existing Metis 10 (370 L x 300 W x 600 H mm). With 2 x 150W Telos circuits, it provides outstanding dynamics to any speaker. In addition, it is extremely easy to use and can be quickly installed in any system. The Metis 5 front panel includes a volume control and an input selector knob, the IR receiver for the remote control, and a display for the playback level and input selected. It has 5 pairs of RCA inputs (right & left) and 2 pairs of output speaker connectors (right & left).
